Mental health is like a tree... this A3 poster features my artwork of the same title and includes the description of the analogy I focused on when creating this art piece. It appreciates humans’ resilience to withstand difficulties. It is a great reminder to ourselves and our loved ones to ensure understanding and compassion towards our mental health but also acceptance of certain aspects impacting it, which might be beyond our control.
